I have provided a screenshot of the credit card charge and they say they need more time to resolve the issue. I have contacted dropbox customer support but they have done nothing but blown me off. I was unaware dropbox had my credit card info. I was never asked permission to pay for dropbox. Then I see a charge on my credit card pop up on my phone for $119.88 for Dropbox.
